| I play acoustic guitar, on which I started play the bassline along to music I was listening to (mostly Clash, Smiths or similar) so I thought I should get a bass. but I am not so familiar with all various manufacturer. Just need one with a good sound and not too expensive. | |

| Just like me then! I would recommend looking into a Fender Squier bass. Maybe a Squire Affinity Jazz bass, they're quite cheap but still good. I know gloveinhand play bass, maybe he'll be able to give more insight on this  | |

If you're looking for something cheap that sounds good, I would recommend a Squier bass. I've got a Squier Affinity P-Bass and it sounds amazing!
