Stone Pony Review

http://www.examiner.com/concert-in-new-york/concert-review-social-distortion-chuck-ragan-sharks-play-the-stone-pony

"Sharks sound like the love child of Social Distortion, The Gaslight Anthem and the Clash. Which, obviously, is not a bad thing. Sharks singer James Mattock is definitely influenced by Joe Strummer vocally and style-wise, sporting a black leather jacket and a sharp rockabilly haircut as he wailed away on the mic and guitar. Not previously having heard much of the band (which also includes guitarist Andy Bayliss, bassist Chris O'Reilly and drummer Sam Lister), I won't be surprised if after this run with Social Distortion they become a bigger deal in America. If not now, then definitely when they reach the teen masses this summer on Warped Tour."
